I visited this clinic where the waiting reception area which was well presented and clean and tidy. I was met by the friendly and welcoming reception staff who made sure I had the relevant documents required and I had filled in the relevant sections on the D4 form prior to seeing the Dr. My appointment was called on time and the Dr carried out all the required checks and examinations and was friendly and easy to talk too throughout. At the end I was given a neat little plastic wallet to keep my completed form in which was an unexpected surprise.
